PAYMENT: Standing Order . Cheque . BACS . PayPal . Content remains the property of Larkweb until payment is received in accordance with conditions.

Notes: Options 1 & 2 first 3 months payable in advance. At the end of the 3 year period the site will be transferred into the new owners name. Hosting, Domain Management and EMail Management will be available and charged at 29.99 per month. With Options 3 & 4, the site is wholly owned by the purchaser and includes all facilities for 3 Years. We would be pleased to provide hosting at 29.99 per month at the end of the period.

LARKWEB agree to . . .

Liaise with Webmasters to create and maintain a significant on-line operation.

Feature Webmaster's sites as agreed with LarkWeb.

Make available Competitions, Promotions and Business marketing to Webmasters for use within their network.

Maintain content within a reasonable timescale. Content requests must be forwarded by Email to LarkWeb and notification of completion will be via Email to Webmasters address.

Act in accordance with good business practise.
